How it Works
Our sessions take place in the state of the art facilities of The Galleon Club at George Watson’s School, Edinburgh.
In groups, our participants will receive coaching in gymnastics, tennis and football. They are set in groups of a similar age and ability to ensure an appropriate level of challenge in each group.
Each session lasts three hours, one hour per ‘period’. A period is made up of 45 minutes coaching and 15 minutes assigned for a rest break and transition on to the next period. In their groups, our participants rotate on to their next period of coaching when their current one has ended.
